Hey guys!
Looks like we're back. Sort of. I had plans to do some bigger changes, but I just can't find the time right now. So I'll just say Sorry for the long delay! For the time being retrohackers will once again be "just" a phpBB forum, but at least I got it upgraded to phpBB 3.0

Go ahead and try it out and as always I will be listening to your comments and suggestions.

Oh! And it seems I got my hands on the .org domain again! Just not sure what to do with it at the moment. Any ideas?

Keep on hacking and once again, sorry for the long delay!

Cheers

RG

Might as well just point them both at the same page to improve your PageRank.

Pointing them both to your home page is the best idea

2 GHz Pentium4 desktop PC with 512mb ram, 2 x 320gb IDE disks with RAID1 configuration, slightly case modded + extra fans.
The server is housed in my kitchen closet, connected thru a crappy D-Link 100 mbit switch to my 100 mbit home fiber. In the summer, things run pretty hot :P

Uhm.. this colour scheme is annoying.. ;-)
The red flashy icons indicating forums/threads with new unread posts in them are pretty damn difficult to see. On crappy LCD displays with a bit of sunlight pissing you off it's impossible to distinguish between the blue and the red colours. If the entire background of the icon were to change colour, it would probably be more visible.. Dunno if this is something one can change easily though ;-)

Ah yes, if I didn't mention it before. You must do a new subscribe in all the forums/threads you were subscribing to before the crash, or you will not get any emails about new posts.

I think.

And while you're at it, update your email addresses in your profiles plz!
