Could you please!!!!!!!!! make IP65 work from the C128 option ROM? Would love to use it with C-Net 128.

No. Unless there's some trickery to make it available that I'm not aware of.

There is a version of Turbo Assembler for the C64 that's distributed as an EPROM to be placed in the C128 Option ROM socket, but afaik when run it copies itself to RAM and then switches to C64 mode.
